Habitatter.com was conceived when Greg and Cindy
updated their kitchen. They wanted to update the room's look by replacing
hardware and giving the cabinets a new coat of paint. Being web savvy,
they hopped online to look for decorating accessories. What they found
were hard to use sites and spotty information. Was this as good as
it gets?
It doesn't have to be that way!
Their backgrounds in architecture, e-commerce, and information retrieval
served as a solid foundation for an alternative. Greg and Cindy assembled
a team of professionals and created their own site. Habitatter.com
was born.
A large variety of switchplates, pulls, knobs, doorbells, house numbers, door knockers and fan pulls available
in a multitude of styles means each area of your home can be developed in a different
theme. Interesting accessories like switch plates, pulls and knobs can customize any
environment to suit the designer's taste while complementing the room's flavor.
Habitatter.com currently stocks decorative
switch plates, pulls, knobs, doorbells, house numbers, door knockers and fan pulls that
deliver a big decorating payback on a small investment. A majority of our items are
created by small artists in the US and Canada providing you a unique local flavor to your decor.

what we sell and have it in the mail the next business day.

You tell us you want it, we put it in a box and
send it to you. Simple? Usually and we try to keep it that way.
Orders received Monday
through Friday by 5:00 PM EST are normally shipped the next business
day.
We offer a variety of UPS shipping options as well as a special flat rate shipping program through the USPS.
- Orders under $100 ship for $5.95 (either Priority or 1st Class)
- Orders over $100 Ship for 1¢ (either Priority or 1st Class)
At this time we currently ship to the US, Canada and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Sorry,
no international shipping at the moment.
Orders shipped to Ohio will be charged state
sales tax of 7%.

Habitatter.com LLC reserves the right to correct any typographical errors. We strive to keep our prices low, however due to the materials
used by our artists we have to raise our prices from time to time.

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, certified
checks, money order, or personal checks (which may be held until cleared). No
minimum order. If paying by charge card we will require charge card number,
expiration date, complete billing address, and the CVV2 code on the back of
the card.

Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility
of the carrier. Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform
a Habitatter.com customer service representative at the Contact Us page. Please include your contact information and order number. You
must make shipping damage claims to Habitatter.com within 10 business days. Please return any damaged items in their
original box and packing material.

All products are warranted to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for 30 days from date of invoice. Habitatter.com will, at its
discretion, repair or replace any part that fails in service within the warranty
period. This warranty does not cover labor, failure of related components, or
failure resulting from alteration, misuse, accident damage, faulty installation,
or faulty repair.

You may return new and uninstalled products in resalable
condition for a full refund excluding shipping and handling charges for up to
30 days from date of invoice. Please remember to always inspect the merchandise
upon receipt of your order to avoid any difficulties later on. Be sure to package
returned products carefully to avoid damage during return and include all original
packaging and a copy of the invoice. Refunds will not be issued for installed,
damaged, incomplete, "Custom" or "Special Order" items. Returned items registering
high levels of radiation will be refused, and the appropriate authorities will
be notified. If a return is due to our error, we will reimburse reasonable freight
charges. We will not reimburse additional charges for "third party" shipping/packaging
services. We'd like to, but we won't.

Occasionally, we are out of stock on some items. You don't
like it, and neither do we. If you have already received items from your original
order we will ship any backordered items at no additional cost. We will notify
you of an approximate date of the backorder being shipped. You may request "No
Backorders" or cancel backorders at any time prior to shipping.
