Verdigris is the common name for the green coating or patina formed when copper, brass or bronze is weathered and exposed to air or seawater over a period of time. It can be a beautiful look for the right room and now you can have your cabinet knobs pre-weathered with a wonderful verdigris finish. The finish is created by using a teal green patina finish over a dark base and flat lacquer coated for durability. This finish is un-suited for bathroom applications.
