These ten promises to you are what we use to guide many of our decisions.  We are here to provide you a hassle free way to explore some of the most amazing decorative switchplates, drawer pulls and cabinet knobs available.

I. Next-Day Shipping
Orders for in-stock items placed by 5 p.m. (ET) will ship the next business day.

II. Flat Rate Shipping
Orders up to $100 will ship for $5.95
Orders over $100 will ship for 1 cent ($.01)
* Via USPS (Priority or 1^st Class), select “Table Rate”
 
III. Only One Shipping Charge Per Order
If part of your order is out of stock and we ship in more than one batch, you will only pay the shipping charge once.

IV. Responsive E-mail Support
We will respond to your customer service and technical support e-mails within 24 hours.  If an email won’t solve your problem, leave a message at 937-626-7744 and we will call you back as soon as possible.  Or just email us with your phone number and the best time to reach you and we will call you.

V. Prompt and Fair Problem Resolution
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Habitatter.com experience. If at any point you are not, please write to the president Greg@Habitatter.com
 
VI. No-Hassle Return Policy
Regular in-stock items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund for any reason. Please visit our return policy page for complete details.
 
VII. Eco-Conscious
We will professionally package your order with recycled materials when possible and try to build in as many green processes as possible into our office and warehouse.

VIII. Returns Processed within 5 Days
We are committed to processing your return within 5 business days of receiving your package.

IX. Everything You Need
It’s true that there isn’t much to a switchplate, pull or knob, but we make sure that you’ll always have appropriate screws provided and a free screwdriver with your first order.  If you need an extra just ask.
